David's clients say...

"After arriving in Cary from Europe, our major priority was finding somewhere suitable to live as soon as possible. Although we contacted several realtors, David was the only one who took a personal interest in our search, and didn't stop looking until we found our perfect place. He willingly accompanied us to all viewings, gave us valuable advice about other aspects of moving to the area, and really went out of his way to help us. Throughly professional and a pleasure to work with, I have no hesitation in recommending David to any prospective home seekers."

"I wanted to thank you for your great support and professional advice as my buying agent. As this was my first real estate purchase in this country, the systems and the regulations were unfamiliar to me, but your wonderful guidance made everything very easy. I am deeply appreciative of the personal care you took to see that everything was done properly and on time, of keeping in mind the deadlines by the various entities involved and alerting me on time, and for arranging almost everything from the inspection to the repairs to the closing attorney. Thanks for reaching out to me while I was abroad on vacation on the other side of the world and keeping me updated on the progress of the deal, for personally picking up my mailbox keys from the post office, and for that wonderful tour of downtown Raleigh ! I would definitely recommend you to any of my friends and acquaintances who are looking out for real estate purchases. . It was a treat working with you, and it was a great privilege to get to know you and your lovely wife. I do hope to stay in touch.
Thank you very much!"
